We’ve put together a little list of answers to our most commonly asked questions. If you don’t see your question answered here, please scroll down and send us a message. We love hearing from you!

  • Shipping fees have skyrocketed since CoVID. We’ve spent countless hours researching alternatives. We offer local delivery and shipping via Canada Post at competitive rates. All items are carefully packed prior to shipping.

  • After submitting your order, you’ll receive a notice once the order is shipped. From there, please allow a reasonable amount of time for it to arrive via Canada Post. If you’ve chosen tracked shipping, you’ll be provided with an estimated delivery date by Canada Post.

  • Untracked shipping options are typically the least expensive, but do not come with the Canada Post guarantee that they’ll arrive given there is no way to track them.

    If your order via UNTRACKED shipping does not arrive within 14-30 days, we MAY agree to replace the order, depending on the circumstance.

    We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders sent out via untracked shipping methods.

    That being said, we want the order to arrive to you! We will work to get it into your hands. We will NOT EVER send out a replacement order via untracked shipping - you will have to either pick up the replacement, have it delivered via our delivery service, or pay for tracked shipping.
